Oww!
I have been working out with some of my gal pals in my ward and this week, after a three mile walk/jog, we lifted weights, my first time in a weight room in a very long time. I worked my thighs, obliques, and arms. My arms are now quite stiff I am having a hard time doing mundane things around the house. Mike tells me that it's a good sign and that I am getting stronger. I have no plans to not go with these gals next week, I will just grin and bear it and think about all the muscles that I am strengthening.

What weight room did you go to? Stretch those muscles out and they will feel a little better:)
I know it sucks but like Mike said being sore is a good sign. Keep up the good work!!
