It's ALIVE!
Okay, maybe it's just working. After almost a year in our house Mike and my dad have found the sprinkler system we knew we had but has been hidden (it hasn't been used for so long that the sprinkler heads had sunk into the grass, hidden from view). Then they fixed it and now it works, somewhat. I haven't seen the finished product, but Mike told me that "we're in business!" He says there is still a little tweaking that needs to be done, but soon I won't have to water my whole lawn by hand, just the 2/3 of our huge backyard that doesn't have a sprinkler system. Whoever put in our sprinkler system must have gotten lazy and decided to quit! I'd love to meet that guy and ask him come finish the job, pro bono.

that is too funny but what a great treat, those things are awful to put in!
we had a part of our lawn in the back that we couldn't find sprinklers for. One day, they just came on. They had been hidden by years of grass. But unfortunatly they had a leak somewhere under the driveway so we still don't use them. When anyone moves they need to give this information to the new owner. Glad yours works.
